BamVolea is the world’s largest padel club operator, evolving from a collection of well-run venues into a fast-growing, highly scalable platform for padel and racket sports across Spain.
Context
We invested in BamVolea at a point where the business had already built a strong operational base across a number of high-quality racket sports venues in Spain.
The venues were well located, well run and supported by a growing and engaged player base, reflecting strong local execution and demand. At the same time, the business was moving beyond single-site operations, with ambitions to grow further.
Our Focus
Our involvement has focused on supporting BamVolea’s transition from a collection of venues into a more coherent operating platform.
This has included working with management to strengthen central oversight, improve financial and operational reporting, and help launch a new brand that supports consistency across sites.
